Each supply and distribution chain has its own processes, sequences and procedures.
The common goal, ours, and the customer’s, is to simplify and increase efficiency by sharing priorities and method, step by step.
Suppliers

Inbound

In this phase, incoming goods are collected from suppliers and then physically received and accounted for in the warehouses. Once it has been verified that the goods meet the desired quality standards, warehousing can proceed, adopting a specific logic for each managed storage unit to reduce warehouse movements and maximize resource productivity.
Warehouse space management
BCUBE manages individual warehouses or entire logistics platforms (multi user warehouses) in an end-to-end logic.
In these facilities, using innovative technologies and automated solutions, we perform all functional activities related to the receipt of goods, physical control, storage, inventory, handling, etc.
The entire logistics flow is properly tracked in the system and administratively managed.

In-house logistics

BCUBE is able to support its customers’ production processes through logistics solutions designed to guarantee the supply of the necessary materials at each stage of the production chain, adapting to the needs and deadlines imposed by the production line, always aiming for maximum process efficiency.
Value-added services (VAS)
Customer expectations of logistics operators are increasing, the logistics service itself is not limited to the transportation and storage of goods.
The scope of VAS in logistics depends on the assumptions of the individual operator and the sector in which it operates.
When determining the relevance of a VAS for a specific customer, we first determine which services in the area are considered core and which provide added value.
Examples of VAS include labelling, repackaging or product kitting, as well as many others that meet the needs of manufacturers and their end customers.
